英文中的“with+名词+现在分词”结构，可以用来表示伴随的状态，或为主句交代相关背景信息，这种结构在英语的书面写作中经常出现，且相当实用。
我们快速看一个英文例句：According to a recent survey, Generation Z prefers brands that are authentic, with more than 80% saying they’ll trust a company more if it uses images of real customers in its ads.
注意上面例句中的粗体部分，with more than 80% saying…，是对Generation Z prefers brands that are authentic提供的一个额外说明，或补充数据，即：超过80%的Z世代群体表示，如果企业在广告中使用真实顾客的影像，他们会对其更加信赖。
类似的例子还有很多，大家平时可以注意多发现、积累。

假设你遇到这样一个问题，你的邮箱系统出了问题，这时你既不能收到邮件，也不能发送邮件。这时你该怎样用英文向系统管理员描述这个窘境呢？是否可以用I can’t… nor can I这个英文句式？
如果采用比较常规的说法，我们可能会考虑这么表达：I can’t receive my mail and I can’t send the mail。但是这个句子有些啰嗦，不够简洁。
当然你可以用更高级的说法：I can neither receive nor send my mail，注意这里使用了neither… nor…的组合。
不过，Will想说的是，其实你还可以使用：I can’t… nor can I…这个句式。具体说法为：I can’t receive my mail, nor can I send the mail。这个句式的特点在于，其单独使用了nor can I的倒装，并没有和通常的neither连用。这个用法虽然大家不是太常见到，但它也是正确的。
