Leveraged ETF，其中文意思是“杠杆基金”，指具备杠杆功能，可成倍地放大投资收益的ETF基金。
注意这里的ETF是Exchange Traded Funds（场内交易基金）的缩写。而Leverage是“杠杆”的意思，作为动词使用表示“利用杠杆”。
Leveraged ETF（杠杆基金）可以在证券交易所像股票一样自由流通买卖。这种基金往往追踪特定的市场指数（如：道指、NASDAQ、S&P 500、China A50等），买入一篮子股票，借助一定的杠杆效应（融资、借贷等手段）放大资金，获得超额收益。
杠杆基金可以放大收益，自然也能放大损失，因此在使用时要特别小心（use with caution）。比较常见的放大倍数有2倍（2X），3倍（3X）。
另外，专家往往会建议，不要长期持有Leveraged ETF（Don’t hold Leveraged ETF for long term unless you know what you are doing）。这类基金持有的理想周期往往是几天或数周，长期持有反而会达不到预期收益效果。
